Our Acoustic Sessions is back this month with another iconic headliner.
This time we have Tom Hingley best known as the Ex lead singer with Manchesterâs finest Inspiral Carpets , he sang on all the bands hits and was present at the height of their success including âThis is How it Feelsâ, âSaturn Fiveâ,âDragging Me Downâ, âJoeâ, âMoveâ, âWeaknessâ, âI Want Youâ , âCaravanâ, âBeast Insideâ & âShe Comes in the Fallâ.
Tom parted with the Inspiral Carpets in 2011 and has been forging a successful solo career both as an accomplished singer songwriter releasing âKeep Britain Untidyâ (2001) and âGrand Malâ (2024). Lenny Kravitz once said Tom âshould be singing on Broadwayâ at the filming of the TV the Beat in 1991
Hosted by acclaimed singer-songwriter Ben Drummond, this monthly showcase celebrates Birminghamâs vibrant music scene, spotlighting four of the cityâs finest unsigned artists performing acoustic versions of popular tracks and original material.
This is your chance to support emerging local talent and enjoy an intimate performance from another one of the UKâs most iconic artists â all in one unforgettable evening.
